He joined the practice in 2007 as an Enrolled Agent and has spent nearly two decades helping individuals and small business owners across Collin County tackle their taxes without the headache. Kyle gives straight answers, keeps things relaxed, and genuinely cares about his clients. He’s the guy you want in your corner when the IRS comes knocking.

Stephen Peyton is a CPA who loves helping small business owners better understand and manage their finances. As co-founder of Relax Tax, Stephen leads the firm’s bookkeeping and business consulting services, helping clients create organized financial systems and make informed business decisions with confidence. Known for a more approachable and down-to-earth style, Stephen believes accounting should feel practical, understandable, and human. At Relax Tax, the goal is to provide professional financial guidance without the stiff, traditional accounting experience many business owners expect. As a small business owner himself, Stephen understands the day-to-day challenges entrepreneurs face and enjoys helping clients gain clarity, reduce stress, and focus on growing their businesses. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with family, reading, and crushing it at the gym.
